I was woken up i the middle of the night with extreme pain. So I called an ambulance and went to the ER. So they did a cat scan and It was appendicitis. So they did emergency surgery to take my appendix out. I just got home and I'm i quite a lot of pain. I've had 5 surgeries in the last year. Hope this is the last one.

Comments: Sunday spent the day with a friend, shopping and it was nice. Did get a new pair of running shoes then I took them out for a spin and have 0 regrets! They make that so much better!!! I am spinning out of control. I just can't allow myself to get back to where I was before. I went out to dinner with friends on Friday night and ate way too much. I'm still active, working in the yard, and walking. I'm just not following my plan and not journaling. I need to re-commit myself and get back in control.1
